


Secori Gallery Exhibition ‘High technology and low technology for fashion’
Secori Gallery, based in Tokyo and London, has published ‘Secori Book’.
This book consists of main two parts: focusing on Japanese upcoming designersand Japanese craftsmanship.
I hope this book will make an opportunity to reconsider the relationship between designers and craftsmen for future.

Below 6 brands will present a new collection at this exhibition.

These 4 brands, aaAaa, chloma、rari and sou-ma have collaborated with KAYTAY TEXINNO
corporation in Fukui through Tokyo Textile Together,called TTT project.
They will present new garments, using ‘high technology synthetic fiber’.
Miss Kimura, a designer of ‘MIYABI’ will present a clutch bag,collaborating
with Mr.Ota, who is a representative of ‘OTA MOKKO’ in Odawara-hakone,
traditional craftsmanship called ‘Hakone Yosegi-Zaiku’ in Japanese.
Mr. Miura, a designer of YUYA MIURA, will present a new collection with
indigo dying textile which is supported by ‘Hurusyo Factory’ in Tokushima.
He tried to make modern style with Japanese traditional dying.
